Lisbon is full of beautifully tiled buildings. This is one of the first ones we saw, on our first venture out into the Bairro Alto. We were completely enchanted by Lisbon. The architecture was beautiful, and the place had a great vibe. And there was always something completely wacky going on around us.

I’d seriously consider moving there, but I have no confidence that I could learn enough Portuguese to survive.
