I’m from just outside of New Orleans. They are called Crawfish. MM-MMM! Good stuff when boiled with the right cajun seasonings (Zataran’s crab boil), whole garlic, new/red potatos, mushrooms, oranges, lemons, and onions! Great eatin’ I tell ya!
