Our hosts were kind enough to spend one of the Saturdays of our visit taking us on another day trip out of Chiang Mai. We visited a traditional teak home with a small hand weaving factory in the lower level, Wat Chedi Liem, and several handcraft villages that specialized in mulberry silk paper and umbrellas, silk fabric, and wood carving.
